Maggie is an exceptional nanny and any family would be lucky to have her. She is
so passionate about what she does and takes pride in her profession. She is warm, loving,
knowledgeable, trustworthy, and creative. Maggie truly loved our daughter as her own and was dedicated to helping grow every aspect of
her development. She is organized and tidy and would often complete extra tasks without being
asked. Maggie cooked delicious meals for our family and provided nutritious, adventurous meals
for our daughter.

Maggie is a kind, patient, and gentle caregiver and maintained a positive and child focused environment. I had peace of mind because I could tell she loved being a nanny, and loved our child and always had her best interest in mind. Maggie is very mature, trust-worthy, and clean and was respectful of our house and our parenting preferences. She was a perfect choice as an infant nanny and continued to be a fun and engaging nanny as our daughter became a toddler.
Maggie is funny and smart and our daughter absolutely loved her and still talks about her. I feel very lucky that she was available when we were ready to hire and could stay with us as long as she did. She had a positive impact on our daughter’s language, behavioral, and emotional development.

Maggie traveled with our family on a weekend adventure to LA to care for our toddler (21 months) and newborn (5 weeks) while my husband and I attended wedding events. We were so impressed with her confidence in caring for both girls, her knowledge and professionalism, and her calming demeanor. We were so thankful to leave our girls in such capable hands and were truly able to relax and enjoy ourselves, and our babies loved her! We came home to both girls peacefully sleeping and the house was spotless. We would definitely bring her on future trips!

Maggie has been with our family since our first and only child was 3 months old. As a new mom
I couldn’t imagine anyone else taking care of my child, but Maggie made the transition so easy! She was
immensely helpful with keeping him on a daily routine, working with us to get him on a sleep schedule,
and all the millions of other little things that must be done with and for a baby. She was a great resource
and support to me as a new mom navigating motherhood for the first time. One of Maggie’s major
assets as a nanny is her expertise in baby led weaning and culinary arts. She is the reason our child
transitioned safely to solid foods and is now a fairly adventurous eater as a toddler. She has navigated
sleep regressions and potty training with us, fostered our son’s love for books, being outside and ability
to play independently, and most importantly, he absolutely loves her.
Maggie is committed to her own professional development. She could often be found reading
child development books during independent play time or nap time, and we got to watch first hand as
she implemented new skills and techniques with our own child with great success. Maggie takes a
gentle and respectful approach to discipline. Our son has responded well to that approach and it has
been wonderful to know he is being treated with the same love and respect that we would show him,
with firm but gentle boundaries. She was also wonderful at including him in the daily routine of chores
and household tasks, teaching him to be a helpful member of the family. And he, of course, loved to be
able to “help”!
She has always been punctual, reliable and very communicative about everything. In addition to
full time care during the day, she did stay at our house with our son on several occasions providing
overnight care while my husband and I were away on a trip. It was great to have someone we could
completely trust with the 24/7 care of our son for several days!
We benefitted greatly from her organizational skills and projects, including organizing his
closet and doing regular clean-outs of clothing or shoes that no longer fit, creating a toy rotation
system in his playroom, and generally keeping everything tidy throughout the day so that we never
came home to a messy house. Maggie added her own decorative touches to his bedroom and playroom,
bringing whimsy and beauty into his spaces with each season.
We are a Christian household and it was very important to us that whoever was caring for our
son would share our faith and be willing and able to incorporate that into his daily life. We have been so
blessed by Maggie’s ability to do just that, reading sweet children’s devotionals with him, dancing to
worship music with him in the living room and teaching him about the love of Christ.

Maggie is a patient and kind caregiver who genuinely loves connecting with and nurturing babies and small children. Her expertise is really 360- by that I mean that she will care for your child's physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. She babysat for us at a time when I trusted very few people to care for my daughter. She is genuinely compassionate and takes pride in her good work, which naturally garnered our trust. Any family would be lucky to invite Maggie into their home and have her care for their child.

Learning from Maggie was such a game-changer for my son's BLW journeyl. As a first time mom, the idea of BLW made me anxious, but Maggie listened to my concerns and guided me through a lot of helpful information. Maggie helped me navigate how best to serve and engage with my son at mealtime, but also in a way that was safe. It made our mealtime more of a family experience rather than a worrisome task. I left our session feeling much more confident in my abilities to do BLW with my baby!
