Babyled weaning has endless benefits, but it can feel very overwhelming to dive in! Whether you need guidance on how to begin, you've started and hit some bumps along the way, or you're overwhelmed with all the information out there, I'd love to help you and your baby find your groove at the table! In my career I've helped several babies become healthy, adventurous eaters who are happy at the table. I offer virtual or in-home consultations to help with questions, troubleshooting, meal planning, and cooking ideas from a classically trained chef educated in infant nutrition.

Stepping on toys at every turn? Unsure where to store everything? No judgment- I get it! After years of working with children I know how quickly items and spaces can become unmanageable, and how hard it can be to find time to declutter and organize. Allow me to help restore focus and a sense of calm to your household by reducing, donating, organizing, and simplifying your children's rooms, playrooms, closets, and general environment. I'll help you create systems that keep your children's areas clutter-free and running smoothly. Playroom design also available.
Daytime Postpartum Doula/Newborn Care
Coming soon- holistic healing care for mamas and newborns. Postpartum doulas hold mamas so mamas can snuggle and bond with their babies. You'll feel rested, well nourished, empowered, informed, and at peace during the precious "fourth trimester".
